You are The Disconnected Achiever

if you chose mostly A’s

Firstly, let's get one thing straight: you are enough, and your personal worth has absolutely nothing to do with qualifications/certifications you may hold, what position you are in at work, or any other external quantifiers, for that matter. You are lovable just as you are.

Yes, you deserve to be praised, fully seen, and accepted for who you are! But that has to come from yourself; once you fully embody this truth, others will see it too.

So your 3-step blueprint is a starting point, but it's also a commitment you need to make to yourself to follow through and do the actions. You are not going to find your peace, your true identity, if you are not prepared to get uncomfortable and do the work!

✦ ✦ ✦

3-Step Blueprint for The Disconnected Achiever

  1. Self-care Pause - Create a pause that does not need to be productive

Start with 5 minutes a day where you are not trying to improve, fix, clean, plan, or achieve anything. No phones, no devices.

No journaling goal.
No meditation pressure.
No perfect morning routine.

Just sit, allow yourself to pause, to step away from doing and prioritise being. Ask yourself, what am I feeling underneath all the doing?

Maybe get your fave mug and have a hot drink of choice. To help you really disconnect from the business and the task lists, spending these few minutes outdoors, in your garden or even just standing by the door, gazing outwards will help to ground you and regulate your nervous system.

Notice how calm you are, notice the stillness and enjoy being present for yourself, by yourself.

Your medicine is not another achievement.

Your medicine is remembering that you are allowed to exist without proving anything.

  1. Carry out a Values audit - List all the current labels you wear, all the roles you fulfil, both personally and professionally.

You want to start releasing any roles or tasks that you do that do not feed your soul.

The easiest way to audit them is to notice how you feel as you list them: which ones give you a heavy feeling, which ones lift you up, which ones make you smile as you think of them, and which ones fill you with dread.

Then reflect on those that do not fill you with joy: are they things you chose to do to fill your cup, or are they things you agreed to or do because it looks good?

Are these things you do out of loyalty, pride, or even ego? Notice the lightness that comes from releasing what is not for your highest good.

  1. Being  -  This is like an extension of number 1 but.. very different; don't get them confused. This time you are going to include the presence of being involved in things that bring you joy and laughter.

Rekindling an old hobby or starting a new one; you could be doing it by yourself or with like-minded, aligned friends. You might go skiing; it could be drawing or painting, even singing or karaoke.

What activity brings that joyful inner child out? Doing this weekly may not be realistic, but start by committing to once a month to start with, and let that urge carry you into a new habit that you protect and ensure happens.

Most importantly, you are doing it just because, just for fun. Nothing to prove, nothing to achieve, just being present within yourself on the highest frequencies. Notice how good these days make you feel.

The Disconnected Achiever is the part of you that learned to stay safe through doing, achieving, proving, and holding everything together.

From the outside, you may look capable, reliable, successful, disciplined, or high-functioning. People may see you as someone who gets things done.

But inside, there can be a quiet exhaustion.

You may feel like you are constantly performing, planning, improving, or pushing towards the next milestone. Rest can feel uncomfortable. Stillness can feel unproductive. And somewhere along the way, your worth may have become tied to what you achieve, how much you carry, or how well you appear to be coping.

The deeper question underneath this archetype is:

Who am I when I am not achieving, producing, or being useful?

How this may show up in your life

You may notice that you:

  • Struggle to slow down without feeling guilty

  • Feel agitated when there is nothing to “do”; measuring your value by productivity, success, or external validation

  • Keep moving so you do not have to feel what is underneath

  • Find it hard to know who you are outside your roles, goals, and responsibilities

  • Use logic and control to avoid emotional vulnerability

  • Feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or spiritual self

  •  Secretly fear that if you stop achieving, you will no longer matter

This archetype is not wrong.
It helped you survive, succeed, and stay in motion.

But now it may be asking you to come back into connection with the part of you that exists beneath the performance.

Have fun, but most importantly, commit to you! You are not here by accident; you felt the pull; now it's time to do the work.

Imagine waking up without an already racing mind, knowing your worth is completely secure before you achieve a single thing today. Claim it, and so it is.

You are The Invisible Caretaker if you chose mostly B’s

Lets start by acknowledging you are important and seen! You can most certainly stand on your own with presence and purpose even when not fixing, saving or helping someone else! Your identity is not tied to or defined by anyone else.

However, to truly get to know who you are, that will involve having the space and intention to stand alone spending time getting familiar with your souls purpose and making your own emotional, physical and spiritual needs a priority.

Being a compulsive people pleaser is going to take commitment and conscious effort to say no more to others, whilst saying yes more to yourself! Selfishness is not selfish, its self preservation and you can’t pour from an empty cup, lets ensure your cup is filled first.

So your 3-step blueprint is a starting point, but it's also a commitment you need to make to yourself to follow through and do the actions. You are not going to find your peace, your true identity, if you are not prepared to get uncomfortable and do the work!

✦ ✦ ✦

3-Step Blueprint for The Invisible Caretaker

  1. Boundaries - Each day, say no to one small demand/request or external expectation. You are creating your identity by allowing yourself to set boundaries. By having regular slots of being unavailable, you will slowly release the embedded urge to fix or rescue. You will pull back your power and restore your voice. Some examples could be;

“I can’t do that today.”

“I need to think about it before I answer.”

“I’m not available for that this weekend.”

“I love you, but I don’t have the capacity to hold this right now.”

To help you with choosing what to say no to, you could also ask yourself what you actually need before responding

Before saying yes, helping, fixing, replying, or rescuing, pause and ask:

What do I need right now?

Not what do they need.
Not what would make me look kind.

Not what avoids conflict.

What do I need?

This question may feel unfamiliar at first. That is the point.

You are rebuilding the muscle of self-connection.

A boundary is not rejection.

It is a doorway back to yourself.

  1. Self- priority appointments - You make it as important as if it was a medical appointment. You matter, and that starts with making self-care a priority. 60 mins a day, protected time and space for personal rest.

Ideally away from others so that you are not disturbed or visually available. It could be feet up with your fave book and a nice warm hot drink of choice, no phones or devices.

You could do this in your fave place; outdoors in nature is the ideal setting or by running water.

This will help to ground you, as well as regulate your nervous system.

  1. Solo Joy date - Similar to number 2 but different; you can do them separately or combine them. This time you will take yourself on a date of your choosing, it could be a self pampering day or a day trip somewhere, but most importantly do something joyful and peaceful, you don't share it with anyone. You matter and you don’t need approval to justify your sacred time to get comfortable in your own company again.

The Invisible Caretaker is the part of you that learned to feel safe, loved, or needed by being there for everyone else.

You may be deeply intuitive, emotionally aware, generous, and sensitive to the needs of others. You might be the one people lean on, vent to, rely on, or expect to understand.

But beneath that care, there may be a quiet ache.

You may feel unseen. You may feel like you are carrying everyone else’s emotions, needs, and expectations while quietly abandoning your own. You may say yes when you want to say no. You may feel guilty for needing space. You may struggle to receive the same care you so naturally give.

The deeper question underneath this archetype is:

Who am I when I am not needed by someone else?

How this may show up in your life

You may notice that you:

  • Feel responsible for other people’s feelings

  • Say yes to avoid disappointing people

  • Feel guilty when you choose yourself

  • Struggle to name what you actually want

  • Confuse being needed with being loved

  • Feel invisible, emotionally tired, or unsupported

  • Give advice, support, and care that you rarely receive back

  • Abandon your own needs before anyone else even asks you to

This archetype carries a beautiful capacity for love.
But love was never meant to require self-abandonment.

Your next chapter is about learning that your needs matter too.

Imagine pouring into your own cup first, guilt-free, and realising that your presence alone is the greatest gift you can give

You are The Numb Searcher if you chose mostly C’s

This archetype is personal; this archetype was me! I feel you! You are doing the work; you understand it intellectually, but still there is a disconnect with your heart. I want you to know this is part of the journey; you will get there.

The first point on a soul-searcher journey is awareness; that takes stillness. Be assured you are not broken or having a crisis; you are being gently guided to observe. keep the faith.

You may be experiencing a spiritual bypass where you are analysing your emotions with logic and a safe intellectual distance, instead of actually feeling them.

The way is always through; the obstacle is always the way. You are not here by accident; this is divine timing. Trust the process. We are going to use this blueprint to level you up to the next stage of your journey. We are going to get you to drop down from your head into your heart space and reconnect emotionally.

So your 3-step blueprint is a starting point, but it's also a commitment you need to make to yourself to follow through and do the actions. You are not going to find your peace, your true identity, if you are not prepared to get uncomfortable and do the work!

3-Step Blueprint for The Numb Searcher

  1. Grounding - Choose one grounding ritual that is oh so simple

This is not about building a complicated spiritual routine. Start with one tiny daily ritual, such as:

  • Lighting a candle and taking three breaths

  • Putting one hand on your heart before bed and observing your breath

  • Walking outside for five minutes

  • Writing one sentence: “Today I feel...”

  • Sitting in silence for two minutes

  • Standing barefoot on the earth for 5 minutes

The goal is not to become deeply spiritual overnight.
The goal is to prove to yourself that you can return to presence in small, repeatable ways.

Get outside as much as possible; sit by running water if possible. Do this daily or as many days out of your week as possible.

This will regulate your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and get you out of your head.

  1. Light a spark, ask yourself:

What has been quietly calling me, even if it makes no logical sense?

  • It might be creativity.

  • Movement.

  • Prayer.

  • Nature.

  • Writing.

  • Music.

  • A conversation.

  • A change in routine.

  • A deeper truth you have been avoiding.

Choose one small action toward that spark.

Not a life overhaul.
Just one honest step.

Your aliveness does not return all at once.
It returns through small moments where you stop ignoring your inner longing and trusting your intuition instead

  1. Book mark your day with Gratitude - This needs to become your daily mantra from the second you open your eyes, and last thing at night before you close them again.  Giving thanks for breath, the fact you opened your eyes today, the smallest things that you take for granted, celebrate them. Each day think of 3 new things in your physical world, that bring you sensory joy, and spend time appreciating them, notice how they make you feel. Make it your new habit

The Numb Searcher is the part of you that knows there must be more, but feels disconnected from what that “more” actually is.

You may feel spiritually hungry, emotionally flat, or quietly restless.

You might find yourself searching through books, podcasts, enrolling on courses, scrolling, hoping something will finally wake you up inside.

There may be moments where your life looks fine from the outside, but inside you feel like something essential is missing.

You may not be in crisis, but you may not feel fully alive either.

The deeper question underneath this archetype is:

Who am I when I stop distracting myself from the emptiness?

How this may show up in your life

You may notice that you:

  • Feel numb, flat, disconnected, or spiritually restless

  • Scroll, snack, shop, or zone out to avoid silence

  • Long for deeper meaning but do not know where to begin

  • Start self-care or spiritual practices, but struggle to stay consistent

  • Feel like you are going through the motions

  • Searching for “the thing” that will finally make life feel exciting again

  • Feel disconnected from joy, presence, or your inner spark

  • Avoid stillness because it brings up sadness, longing, or emptiness

This archetype is not lazy or lost.
It is often the result of being emotionally undernourished for too long.

Your numbness may not be the absence of feeling.
It may be a protective layer over feelings that have not yet had a safe place to land.

Imagine closing the self-help books, dropping out of your head and feeling a sudden vibrant rush of simple everyday aliveness right in your chest.

The Universal Truth for all Soul Searchers

Regardless of your Archetype, we are all on the same journey

If you relate to more than one archetype that is normal

You are not limited to one identity.

You may have the drive of  The Disconnected Achiever, the tenderness of The Invisible Caretaker, and the longing of The Numb Searcher all living within you.

The point is not to box yourself in; we want to remove labels and limitations

The point is to notice:

  1. Where am I performing?

  2. Where am I over-giving?

  3. Where am I numbing?

  4. Where am I being invited back into deeper connection with myself?

Your primary archetype simply shows you the doorway that may be most open right now.

Your next step

Take at least one step from your chosen blueprint today.

Not all three.
Not a full transformation.
Just one honest step inward.

Because the journey back to yourself does not begin with becoming someone new.

It begins with remembering the part of you that has been waiting underneath the noise.

The Blueprint is the foundation. True connection happens through consistent, micro shifts

There are so many other universal things you can do regardless of your dominant archetype. But this email would be way too long. Look out for emails and my podcast episodes where we continue the conversation. We will explore wider areas of forgiveness for self and others, awareness, isolation, letting go of the ego, trusting the unknown, letting go of expectations, and so much more.

Thank you for being here, I see you and ….

I will be dropping into your inbox over the coming weeks to share deeper insights and check in on your steps and, if I may, walk alongside you.

With Love Georgina
